On your plate...

Burrata, a mild, smooth and fresh cheese with its unique profile and delicate palate.

Taleggio, a smear-ripened Italian cheese named after the caves of Val Taleggio. It’s one of the oldest soft cheeses produced in every autumn and winter. The cheese has a strong smell, but its taste is relatively mild with an unusual fruity tang.

Wild Boar Salami, a very marked, intense and fragrant, it is a delight for the lovers of wild game cured meats.

All perfectly combined with three delicious wines chosen by Cristina Rinaldi...

St. Michael Eppan Pinot Grigio, with enticing scents of chamomile, with spring flower and white stone fruit mingle together in the glass.

Carpene’ Malvolti, a sparkling wine with the emphasis on fruit and freshness.

Assolati Montecucco Sangiovese, with body&structure, delicious cherry nose, ripe black berries on the palate with a touch of chocolate, sweet tannins with an elegant silky finish.

At the end of the wine & charcuterie experience  you can indulge with anise-flavored mini-donuts ready to be “dunked” in sweet wine.

And if you particularly liked any of the wines, take an exclusive 20% off your favorite bottles before the event ends.
