Have you ever wondered what Italians love most? 

Artisan Gelato made with only the best and freshest natural ingredients!

What if you could learn how to make gelato at home?

Then, join our class with the 𝗺𝗮𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗼 from 𝗚𝗶𝗼 𝗚𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁i and learn some cool tips and tricks on how to prepare some great gelato by yourself!

You can just follow the lesson or interact with the teacher Patrizia and make your own gelato with her!

If you want to make ice cream at home you need:

1 kitchenaid with ice cream attachment (https://www.amazon.com/KitchenAid-KICA0WH-Cream-Maker-Attachment/dp/B0002IES80)

1 whisk

1 bowl

Measuring cup for liquids

 

Ingredients for mix berries flavor:

For 1 liter of mixture (1 kg of ice cream)

200 g of sugar

Gr. 50 of corn sugar

Gr 100 of raspberries

150 g of strawberries

Gr 100 of blueberries

300 ml of water

Ingredients for Cappuccino flavor:

For 1 liter of mixture (1 kg of ice cream)

Gr 110 of brown sugar

Gr 55 of corn sugar

250 ml of milk

150 ml of heavy cream

N. 4 coffee Italian espresso cups + 350ml of milk

BONUS

Ingredients for banana flavor:

For 1 liter of mixture (1 kg of ice cream)

210 g of brown sugar

Gr 50 of corn sugar

350 gr of fresh bananas

350 ml of water

1/2 squeezed lemon
