Special Recipes with Limoncello!

After a successful class with Chef Alfredo Arcobelli on how to make your own Limoncello at home, we are ready to experiment with it! 

Join our second appointment dedicated to this typical Italian lemon liquor on April 13th at 5.30 PM PT or 7:30 PM CT to discover how you can use your homemade limoncello in the kitchen to make an alternative Spritz or Tiramisù.

Don’t worry! If you don’t have your Limoncello, you can order Alfredo’s homemade version called “Arcocello”.

ABOUT ALFREDO

He was born and raised in Milan, in the north of Italy, but his family on his father’s side is from a little town in the south of Italy called Carovigno and situated in Puglia, a region at the heel of the Italian boot. His passion for cooking started when he was just a little boy. When school ended he was sent to Puglia to help his grandmother, whose name was Caterina. He had to work in the land growing fruits and vegetables, which then were used to cook all the traditional and family recipes. Starting from fresh meals for the day to the ones preserved in jars that had to last all year in the every family’s basement. In the years whenever he went he kept on these traditions especially remembering his grandmother that passed away in 2015 so she could live again everyone’s hearts and smiles when they tasted her recipes.

ABOUT ARCOCELLO

One of the secret recipes that Alfredo always brought and had in his house was grandma Caterina’s Limoncello. It’s a traditional digestive from the south of Italy. Every family has its own recipe and he decided share it. What makes it so special is the fact that it’s made with all natural ingredients and the recipe makes it taste unique, real homemade.
