Every Friday at 8am PST | 10am CST | 5pm CET join our yoga lesson in Italian (yoga poses will be called in English as well!).

This course, held by the professional Italian teacher Laura Ronca, is perfect for all levels and ages and it is focused on the Ashtanga yoga sequence.

About Laura

Laura left an exciting career in the wine business to focus of her major desire to teach yoga. With a RYT Yoga Alliance USA 500 hours certification achieved in Mysore (India), she is trained to teach part of the ashtanga yoga sequence for beginners.

Thanks to the RYT Yoga Alliance UK 200 hours certification finished in Goa (India) she knows how to include props in the practice.

Laura also got a Mysore 50 hours certification in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. Prenatal Yoga includes poses, deep breathing, relaxation and meditation that may be practiced through all trimesters. Postpartum yoga is a great way to start to reconnect with your body. Learn when it is safe to start yoga again and what to expect.
