YOGARPA In The Park

It’ finally time to meet outdoor again! 

And we thought of a special event to regenerate your body and soul with a Sunday morning yoga at the park, accompanied by the beautiful sound of a harp.

Meet us at the hidden gem “Presidio Park” in San Diego on Sunday April 18th, from 9am to 10am. You will find us close to the white arcade.

The certified yoga teacher Luisa McAfee will lead a Hatha yoga class in Italian* while the international harpist Chiara Capobianco will play some relaxing pieces to make you feel at ease.

This yoga flow, open to any levels and ages, will focus on spring, when the sun emerges out of the wintery shadows; the earth blooms with color and expansive energy; and in what seems like an instant, the world opens back up to the idea of fresh starts and new beginnings.

This event is donation based. All participants will also receive a sample of dōTERRA® essential oils.

*The name of the poses will be also called in English.

ABOUT LUISA

Luisa traveled to India in 2004 on a photo shooting trip and during her journey across the Indian countryside she became inspired by the beautiful people and their rich culture and decided then and there to become a Yoga teacher, although having never practiced Yoga previously.  Since 2010, Luisa has taught in Italy and in Murrieta, California for Total Fit 180, Rock Fitness, Temecula Yoga Collective, and My Garage Health & Fitness Studio.

She is the founder & CEO of SoleLuna Yoga, a small, woman-owned studio, where she works with small groups of students in private and semi-private instruction.  Her curriculum introduces students to living a healthy life through Yoga, nutrition, and essential oils.  Recently, Luisa began working as an independent consultant with dōTERRA® after using the oils for several years. Luisa lives in Murrieta, California with her husband and two children.  Aside from Yoga, she enjoys cooking, organic gardening, SCUBA diving, traveling, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

ABOUT CHIARA

International Harpist, Chiara Capobianco is available to teach (harp & piano) and perform for any event that you may organize. She has a master's degree in Harp performance from Conservatorio di Milano (Italy) and Musicologia (Cremona_Italy) over 25 years of Worldwide experience playing at weddings, luxury brand events, art gallery openings and many more private and public events. She has performed for aristocracy, politicians & Vip across Europe, Asia, South America and now the USA; Her melodies enchanted international audiences on board luxury cruise liners, 5 stars hotel and several other prestigious venues across the globe. She has lived in Italy, Germany, UK, Thailand, India and now USA California. Chiara caters to all styles of music, including Classical, world Pop, Italian repertoire, Jazz, Broadway and Bollywood (Indian) music. She is currently collaborating with various DJs form the southern California EDM scene for new sounds and dance events.
