At Pittula, catering is more than a menu: it’s an experience.
What you’ll find here is a selection of our signature dishes, but every event is unique, and so is every table we create.

The menu can be customized and expanded with other specialties, designed to reflect your taste, the season, and the atmosphere you want to share with your guests.

  • Lasagna Bianca with Pesto & Salmon – creamy, delicate, oven-baked

  • Pugliese Baked Pasta – with mozzarella & meatballs

  • Eggplant Parmigiana – layered with tomato, mozzarella & parmigiano

  • Pugliese Beef Involtini (Braciole) – slow-cooked rolls in tomato sauc
